Customer Service Hours of Operation
We accept phone calls Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST at 855-408-8416. You may email us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org and will generally respond during regular customer service hours. We are closed weekends and major holidays.
We reply to emails as quickly as possible and cannot guarantee immediate response. We recommend using email to receive the quickest customer service response.
We use UPS to ship our products. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes – no exceptions. We currently only ship to the 48 Continental United States and District of Columbia. We cannot ship internationally at this time. We only offer Ground, 2-Day and Overnight shipping options. You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Returns and Exchanges
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR AUTHORIZE EXCHANGES ON OPENED OR USED MERCHANDISE UNLESS DAMAGED. If you would like to return or exchange an item, prior to sending back your item you must first request a Return Authorization Number by emailing customer service at email@example.com YOU MUST MAKE THIS REQUEST WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT.

Is the Website Secure?
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your personal information, including credit card numbers. SSL is used in order to encrypt all personal information, including your name and credit card information so that it can’t be read while being transferred from your web browser to our Internet site. All pages on the site that require our customers to enter sensitive information are protected with SSL. Other pages that do not require you entering personal information do not need to be protected.

No. All information submitted remains confidential. Customers can be assured that we do not sell any of the provided information to other enterprises, nor do we transfer information to other enterprises for marketing purposes.
How long will it take before orders are processed and shipped?
Once payment has been confirmed, most orders are shipped on the following business day except for UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day orders received by 12:00p.m. (EST) on a business day that are shipped on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays are processed the following business day.
